洋食飲みという新しいジャンルを新橋に持ち込み大人気だった旧「小山亭」。2017年初めに場所を移転し、お店の名前も「こやまん家」に改め、以前同様に洋食ベースの美味しい料理と豊富なお酒で楽しませてくれます。
腕利きシェフのお料理は何を頼んでも絶品。調理にお酒のサーブにと一人で黙々とこなしていますが、実は大変気さくなシェフの人柄を慕うお客さんも少なくありません。新規、常連と分け隔てなく、フレンドリーなお店の雰囲気も落ち着きます。
よそのお店とは一味もふた味も違うポテサラ、オリーブオイルひたひたの大人な「枝豆」、カルボナーラならぬキャベボナーラといったアテから、シェフの腕が際立つオムレツ、名物ハンバーグやオムライスetc…。一人で来て独り占めするのも、仲間でシェアするのも楽しい。
お店はカウンターと、頑張って4人が囲めるテーブル席が1卓のレイアウト。駅から少し外れたビル2階と若干分かりにくいロケーションですが、訪ねていくだけの価値はある名店ですよ。
