評価の高い「田中そば店 新橋店」に初訪問。
まずはスタンダードな中華そば850円を注文。
「こってり」にもできるようで、周りはこってりを注文している人の方が多い印象。
スープは透き通っていて、ストレート麺に具はホロホロなチャーシューとネギ、メンマ。
個人的には喜多方ラーメンに近い印象。
今度はこってりにもチャレンジしたいと思います。
