たん麺：800円
出勤途中にタンメンを求めて訪問です。
入店して空いている4人掛けテーブルに着席。
メニュー表で「たん麺」を確認。
大陸系の女性店員さんがお冷やを持って来てくれたタイミングで注文します。
卓上には醤油・酢・ラー油・ぽん酢・辛みそ・粗びき黒胡椒が完備。
テレビからはテレ朝の情報番組が流れてました。
また、壁にはお店がメディアに取り上げられているポスターが貼ってありました。
待つ事、約6分で提供されました。
麺は薄い黄色いの縮れ中太麺。
茹で加減は丁度よい。
噛むとモチモチと弾力感があり食感が良かったです。
具材：豚肉・キャベツ・モヤシ・人参・玉葱・ニラ・キクラゲ
豚肉や野菜などの具材は短時間で炒められ、スープとは合わせずに最後に乗せるスタイルと思われます。
豚肉は肩ロースの小間切れ。
締まった肉質でやや味が抜けて出し殻の様な感じでした。
キャベツ、モヤシ、玉葱はシャキシャキ感が強めで表面は油が軽く纏われてました。
人参は少しポリっと固さが感じられた。
ニラは風味が弱めで存在感がイマイチ・・・
野菜の量は300g越えでボリュームがありました。
キクラゲはプリプリと弾力感が心地よい。
スープは白濁した塩味。
出汁は豚骨、鶏ガラ、香味野菜が中心。
出汁の旨味はやや乏しく、業務用で既製品のスープっぽい気が・・・
塩分は野菜が多いのでもう少し強くても良い気がしました。
あと、野菜などの具材を煮込まないので一体感に欠ける感じもしました。
油分は適度に感じられ、高温調理による香ばしさもありました。
麺と具材を完食。
スープは6割程残して、会計を済ませて退店。
総評
具の野菜が多くてボリュームがありました。
麺は及第点。
スープはもう少し旨味成分が欲しい所ですね～
接客は丁寧な対応。
店内は清潔感があり居心地が良かったです。
