月に1〜2回土日に新橋〜大門方面に出かける機会があり今回は新橋で韓国ディナー。なぜか最近新橋に韓国料理店が増えています。新大久保で人気のコチラのお店を訪問しました。
熟成サムギョプサルA set 1人¥3650を注文。キムチ、ナムル、肉、チャプチェ、トッポギ、チヂミなどが次々と運ばれてきます。サンチュは冷蔵スペースから各自が持参するセルフ形式です。サムギョプサルを食べる時の葉物はサンチュを始めいろいろ有りますが、個人的にはニンニクの葉がお薦めです。写真❶（3人前）では正面から見て時計に例えると8の位置にある濃い緑色の葉です。ニョンイナムルというそうです。独特の風味が好きです。
締めの栄養石炊きご飯とテンジャン（味噌）チゲの組み合わせもなかなかいいですね。（写真❷）
このset.たくさんの種類の韓国料理が味わえて大満足です。今回は3人だから完食できましたが、2人だと食べきれないかもしれません。おなかいっぱいになったので東京タワーを見ながらお散歩して帰ります。ごちそうさまでした。
