新橋駅、第一京浜の大阪系居酒屋。１５時位のランチで、昼呑みにします。このご時世、触りたくないタブレット注文ですが、ドリンク、生ビール大５５０円、強制的なお通しA２５０円、半強制的な牛串１２０円、豚串１２０円は、オーラル。お通しのキャベツとソースが直ぐに来まして、タブレットは、大蒜、蓮根１００円、紅生姜１２０円、海老２００円を送信。後で、食べログで気付いた「定番5本盛り 463円(税抜) 、→串カツ牛、串カツ豚、玉ネギ、レンコン、エビ」と被り、割高で、後悔しますが、キャベツを摘まむ内に、豚・牛が来まして、ソースを使い、パクリ。小さいながらも大阪の味です。暫くして、４本まとめて来ました串カツでは、紅生姜が、想像を超えた辛さと大きさであるのが、想定外、大蒜は期待以上です。しかしながら、店内は、追加のアルコールを頼む雰囲気ではなく、〆メニューからカスうどん６４０円をタブレット。お支払は、キャッシュレス可能で、滞在時間30分。先客２グループよりも、かなり早く退散します。
