熟成肉バルダイニングミート・デ・ミート新橋駅前店
肉が食いたい！
肉食おじさんのわたくしは、彼女が、この店をチョイスしてくれたことを、とても感謝したの。
ビジネス関連でお知り合いになった美女Kさん。
彼女と打ち合わせする必要があったのだけれど・・・
もし、よろしければ、ご飯でも食べながら？
そう私が申し上げて、このお店を提案されたのです。
Kさんも訪れたことはないのですが・・・
同じフロアのカフェを、よく利用するそうで気になっていたそう・・・
事前に、そのカフェでの打ち合わせがあったそうなので、こちらのお店をわたくしが予約致しました。
予約といっても、アラカルトのオーダー。
ボトルが並ぶ店前は、かなりお洒落イズム。
一見、狭そうな店内なのですが、実は奥行きがあって、かなり広いです。
とりあえずビールで乾杯！
と推測していたのですが、Kちゃんは、ほぼアルコールを摂取しないそうで、彼女はグレープジュース。
メニューを見るのって楽しいですよね？
お肉が売りのお店なのでに、刺身や、和風の商品があったり・・・
あと、オーダーの際に利用する星座占いもありました。
なんか古臭いイメージのツールなのですが・・・
わたくしが訪れるレストランには結構設置されているの。
温故知新ってところかしら？
サーブ順にご紹介いたします。
● 牛ローストビーフ
山葵が効いていて、とってもインパクトがあった。
わたくし好み！
● 馬肉ユッケ
生卵＆野菜とのコンビネーションが爽やかに食させてくれます。
● カマンベールのブラスケッタ
ワインにぴったしのメニュー。
で、私スパークリングワインが大好物なので・・・
メニューを確認したら１種類ありました。
しかも、リーズナブルな売価で。
お肉には、発砲ワインをお供に・・・
そう考える人は多いと思うのに、SW置いてる店って少ないのよね！
わたくしにとっては、めっちゃプラスポイント。
この時Kちゃんも１口だけ飲んでくれたので、SWって、なんか特別な飲み物感がある。
積極的に飲食店様は取り入れた方がいいと思うのですが・・・
● 炙りエイヒレ
エイヒレって和食イメージですが、こんな白いDISHに乗っけられると、違うお料理みたい。
連れが七味唐辛子が欲しい！
とのことで、お願いしたのですが、多分普段使いしていないスパイスのよう。
でも、ちゃんとテーブルに運んでくれたのは、買ってきてくれた？
● 牛ロースステーキ溶岩焼き
２００グラムをオーダーしました。
ミディアム牛肉、美味しくないわけはないですよね？
官能的な食感はスパークリングにぴったり！
ちょっと２人で、話が盛り上がって冷めてしまったピースもあるのですが、
それでも美味しかった！
● 豚角煮
わたくし、大好きなんです！
香ばしい表面と柔らかい脂部分のコントラスト好きです！
● フライドポテト
シンプルな、お料理なのですが、これが結構気に入りました！
分厚いカットのポテトは、皮の存在感も半端ないです。
このパリッと食感と甘味。
ILOVEIT!
● ビーフガーリックチャーハン
一見するとピラフのよう。
で、実際にお味も、ちょいピラフに近い感じで新鮮でした。
たっぷりと牛肉、そして肉汁がお米の粒に浸みているわけで、〆には最高の１品！
● モッツラレラチーズトマト
連れが、オーダーしたスタンダードな１品。
普通に美味しかったです！
こうやって並べてみると、結構お腹に詰め込んでいますね。（笑）
それでも、デザートは頂きます。
ワインを飲みほしたので、もう１杯。
ん？
他の店では見かけたことがないドリンクを発見しました。
もちろんオーダーしましたよ。
● 肉専用サワージントニック
肉専用？
氷の上に降りかかっているのは？
ブラックペッパー。
たっぷり生レモンとジンに、このスパイスがベストマッチ。
肉専用とは、そういうことだったのね。
個人的にはバニラアイスにブラックペッパーをかけたりもするので、
このコラボレーションはスムーズに受け入れられました。
● パステルマーブルアイス
写真だとわかりにくいのですが、鮮やかな色彩が渦を巻くメルヘンチックなアイスクリーム。
● パフェ
甘み控えめなにに濃厚クリーム！
お酒と一緒に食べてもいい感覚の大人のデザート。
軽く食事をと考えていたのですが・・・
結構長居してしまいました。
メニューには、まだまだ気になる商品が並んでいたので・・・
また、訪れたいと思います！
美味しかった！楽しかった！
