上記注文。サイドメニューもいくつかありましたがあまり種類はなく、餃子を主戦力とする方針が伺えます。
ドリンクメニューは日本酒や梅酒、ワインなどもあり。赤星が飲みたかったのですが品切れということで一番搾りをいただきました。
ぎょうざは1人前8個なのですが、かなり薄皮で個々で切り離そうとすると簡単に破れてしまうレベル。ふにゃっとした皮、これって「持ち味」と認識すべきなのでしょうか？ わたしはあんまり好みではありませんでした。もう少し焼き目もパリッとして欲しかったかな。(薄皮だけど皮としてしっかり機能していてパリパリしたやつが好き)
生姜の方は名の通り生姜がきりっと効いていてビールのお供に抜群。餡の具はカットが細かく、だけど食感もちゃんと残っていて、テンポよく食べやすい。にんにくが入ってないのかな？ 女性にも好まれやすそう。
あとお店の味噌だれが美味しいです。味噌だれ自体の味が強いので生姜の辛味が殺されるのではと思いましたが悪くない相性です。ごちそうさまでした。
