横浜中華街に本店を持つ、四川料理店。
新橋駅近くの飲食店ビル4階に入っています。
久しぶりに麻婆豆腐気分になって、初入店。
当然、オーダーは「陳麻婆豆腐」1,000円です。
到着したランチ麻婆豆腐には、スープとご飯、漬け物類が三種。
赤みが強く見える麻婆豆腐は、辛味だけじゃなく甘味がかなり強めです。
コクもあり、花椒も利いているので全体のバランスは崩れていないのですが
好みで言うともう少し甘味抑え目の方が、食後の重たさが軽減されるのでは。
でも、大きめの豆腐たっぷりで、この内容で1,000円は
頑張っていると思います。
正午過ぎには席がどんどん埋まってゆきましたから
新橋でも支持されつつあるのですね。
