The store is located on the 4th floor of the gourmet building Itas Shimbashi, not far from Shimbashi Station. But I also want to eat Chen Mapo Tofu, so I added a mini. The char siu set meal is served in about 5 minutes, and mapo is served a little later. I'm grateful for this sense of speed. There was quite a lot of pork trochashu, and I think there were more than 10 pieces. The chewy pork toro is also tender when it is turned into char siu, and the sweetness of the fat and the salty Chinese sauce combine to make it unstoppable. Chen Mapo Tofu is rich and quite spicy, and although it is not so spicy, it is an authentic Sichuan mapo tofu that exudes sweat due to its sweating effect. If you put a few slices of warm rice and half of the mapo tofu, the pork tro char siu chen mapo tofu bowl is complete. The bowl is quickly emptied by the seasoning of the rice on both sides. Refrain from changing the rice and enjoy the leftover char siu and mapo. Neutralize your mouth with pickles and a thick, corn potage-like beaten egg soup. Even if you don't refill, it's quite satisfying. The menu other than Chen Mapo Tofu seems to change, so I want to check it out again and come back to eat.
