週末、16時頃の訪問です。
新鮮な鶏料理がいただきたく、食べログでたまたま見付けたお店です。
シンプル過ぎる店内で、生ビールで乾杯です。
お通しはざく切りキャベツです。
メニューは鶏料理がメインでかなりリーズナブルな値段設定です。
この日オーダーしのは
･しびれるよだれ鶏 痺れ1
･ポテトサラダ
･寝かせニンニク醤油唐揚げ
･鶏わさ
です。
まずよだれ鶏！
これは蒸した鶏のもも肉に山椒の効いたゴマだれがかかり
ネギや茗荷、キュウリなどの薬味がたっぷりかかったもので、
山椒の効いたゴマだれが絶妙です！！
痺れ1だと少し物足りない印象。もも肉な柔らかくさっぱりしています。
ポテトサラダは半熟卵が付き
潰して混ぜると最高です。
寝かせニンニク醤油唐揚げ
デカいです。カラッと揚がったもも肉はニンニク醤油が良くしみてジューシー！！
これ全部食べると満腹になってしまうので、残り2つテイクアウトしました。
最後に鶏わさ！
これはササミではなく胸肉で弾力があり甘味があります。
ワサビ醤油が最高に合い鮮度の良さが伝わりました。
