【田辺養鶏園 新橋ファーム】
・東京 : 新橋駅烏森口～徒歩3分
友人から鶏肉料理がコスパよく食べれると聞き「田辺養鶏園 新橋ファーム」さんへ。
とりあえず富士山麗ので養鶏場から仕入れているというこだわりの新鮮鶏肉を使用した定番の唐揚げと鶏わさから注文し乾杯します！
できあがりをすぐさまいただくと唐揚げも美味しいのですが、鶏わさが厚切りなのにしっとりしていて特に美味しい！！
胡麻油と塩を混ぜたシンプルな調味料でいただくのですが、最初からおかわりしようかと悩んだくらいです(笑)
他の一品料理もすべてお値段から考えたら全体的に合格点の味とボリュームだったのですが、個人的に特に食べて欲しいのが先程いった鶏わさと、新とり寿司、そして自家製やみつきプリンです！！
養鶏園の新鮮な卵を使用したこのプリンのクオリティーかなりは高く、その辺のプリンよりも遥かに上でビックリ！！
是非〆に別腹でいただいてほしいと思います(^-^)
店員さんの愛嬌と仕事っぷりもよく、気づいたら満席になっていました★☆
