新橋駅から歩いて3分ほどにある居酒屋
さくっと飲めそうだったので利用させてもらいました。
こちらのお店は鶏肉メインのお店で
富士山の麓で育った安全・安心・新鮮な国産の鶏を
使用しているそうです。
おすすめのメニューを中心に何品かオーダーしました。
まずはトリワサ。レア加減が良い感じで
新鮮な鶏肉でないとできないレア度でした
しっとりとしていて、ごま油、わさび醤油との相性が良く
とても美味しいです。
名物はニンニク醤油にしっかり漬け込んだ唐揚げで
ボリュームのある唐揚げが680円でコスパ抜群
味もニンニクがしっかりと効いていて美味しい
その他の山芋の磯部揚げ、生チンジャオロースと
珍しいメニューもあって味も美味しく満足感が高かったです
