オサレでちゃんと美味しい♡
知人のソムリエさんが絶賛していたお店、
ランチでうかがいました。
銀座コリドー街に
コロニアルアジアな雰囲気。
天井が高くて
インテリアもリュクス、
品のあるしっとりさを感じさせ、
お店に猿！がいたるところにいる遊び心も持ち合わせ、
銀座にいることを忘れてしまいそうになります。
ランチメニューはフォー、
パッタイ、グリーンカレー、
日替わり、スペシャルメニューなど、
さっぱりから濃厚まで種類が豊富。
訪問した日はパッタイと
日高見牛と有機ズッキーニ、ヤングコーンのグリーンカレーをシェア。
アペタイザーにシンハー生ビールと
あげ春巻きもいただきましたー。
大きなお店のランチタイム、
あまり期待はしていなかったのですが、
いい素材のものを丁寧に調理されているなー、と感じました。
全体的にマイルドですが、
辛味が欲しい人にはテーブルの上の調味料を加えて調整できます。
東南アジアのお料理って
屋台風にカジュアルで
イイ意味で雑なところがお店の風味にも感じるのですが、
こちらは洗練されていて上品。
ソムリエさんが絶賛していたのはディナータイムでもあったので、
この雰囲気でワインとお料理もきっと素敵なんだろうなぁ。
機会をみてディナーに再訪したいです。

メリハリのあるものが嬉しい今日この頃。
以前ランチで好印象だった
マダム・ミーさんにうかがいました。
ランチメニューは
6種のメインから選び、
サラダとドリンク付き。
期待の辛みは
メニューにトウガラシマークがあり
簡単に選べます。
オーダーは
辛い・酸っぱい・甘い！
のトムヤンクン。
これはトウガラシマークは付いていなかったのですが
ほどほどに辛さもあり、満足でした^ ^
グラスもボトルも
ワインのラインナップがお食事のペアリングに楽しめますね〜。
