月曜日の11:50頃訪店、なんとか今日は外列3名くらいでしたので、入ることにしました。
外の券売機にて、食券を買います。
肉かけの温700円
温玉90円
ちくわ天110円
合計900円のランチでございます。
着席後4分後にお料理到着です。
スープは良い塩梅で美味いですが、
好み的には節系の香りや旨みやパンチがもう少し欲しいところ。普通で感動なし。
食後に喉がイガイガ、不快感100%でしたので化調入りかもしれません。
ちくわ天は揚げたてではないものの、十分温かかったです。
麺は温出汁でも、いい硬さでシコシコ維持で無問題。
豚肉はかなり上質なお肉でした。
中盤に卓上の天かすを入れてスープ完飲しました。
