都内のうどん店で一番好きなお店。
今回で３回目。
回転は早いけど、お昼時は、混むので、11時のオープン5分前で２番目。
うどんの麺がもちもちして、弾力もあり、噛みごたえもあり美味しい。中盛りにして正解でした。
こちらのお店は、豚肉が美味しいですね。
肉増しにしたので食べごたえがあります。
以前、訪問時に味玉天が半熟で美味しいかったので、今回はお得な天ぷら３種盛りを。
今回も味玉天は半熟でした。
つゆは、煮干しがきいていて、美味しいのだけど。
卓上のブラックペッパーをかけて、うどんを食べると、ジャンク感が増して、さらに美味しい。
唯一残念なのが土日祝がお休みなところ。
オフィス街の店舗なので仕方ないですね。
また食べに行きます。
