このエリアは、新橋らしからぬ？お洒落でイケてるお店があって、昨今要注目です。
鰻メインのカジュアルな居酒屋さん。
中国産ながら日本人が管理・マネジメントする養殖鰻をグループで一括仕入れすることで、安定的に良質なものを提供できるのだとか。
実際に食してみると、驚くほどの美味しさ・コスパの高さに魅了されます。イチコロです、ホンマの話です。
まずは生ビールで乾杯。
お通しは、かにみそ豆腐という説明でサラリと何気に供されるのですが…
これがこれまで味わったことがない“逸品”なわけです。
旨い！これだけで、延々飲むことができるわって程の。
馬刺しもイチオシ名物とのことで、ばらヒモと生レバを。
正直、熊本で美味すぎる馬刺しを味わっているので期待はしていなかったのですが、なんのなんのの高クオリティー！
これは脱帽ですね。マジウマ♪
パリパリピーマン、骨せんべいといった伏兵にも、ぬかりありません。
日本酒のラインナップも、値段均一で貴重なお酒もありますので…すこぶる高コスパを改めて実感。

くりから、短冊、鰻バター。
フワフワなホイップバターと鰻の合わせ技。鰻ってバターに合うのねという新鮮な発見。
馬ばらひも刺しは、脂と赤身のバランスの妙。
レバ刺しも臭み一切なしの鮮度抜群の逸品です。
鰻の蒲の穂焼きは、秘伝製法で。
