お好み焼きののぼりが目立ちいつか食べに来ようと思っていた。新橋はお好み焼き屋が多くてもまだ訪問できていない。20代前半、檸檬屋に何度か行き、1枚半ぐらい食べて同僚に驚かれていた。もっともっと広島お好み焼き屋に訪問したい。
メニューを見て地下お店に入った。広島お好み焼き1100円に揺るがなかった。丼物、定食もあるのでバリエーションあり。和風キーマカレー、牛スジ山かけ丼なんかも気になる。お肉は鉄板で焼いてくれるんだろう、美味しそう。
薄い生地を作ったあとは、キャベツを炒めている。そばを混ぜ重ね合わせ、卵を焼き重ねていた。この工程を携帯見ながら横目で見ている。何と贅沢なんだろうと思う。なるほどね、カットしてお皿に乗せてくれた。味噌汁とソフトドリンク付きでジンジャーエールをお願いした。これはお得なランチお好み焼きである。カープソースとマヨネーズを置いてくれ少し追加した。キャベツが主役でとても甘い。トッピング無料でいか天にし、豚肉も結構入っていて楽しめた。シンプルな味で感想は語れないが、時間をかけてくれただけの味がある。昼に広島焼き最高である。
ランチはお店方一人でやられていたが、後から常連さんが2人やってきた。
会計時に「お好み焼き好きですか？」と聞かれ「久しぶりに食べて美味しかったです。」と答えた。何気ない会話だが、この方にはたくさん常連客が着くイメージがわいてきた。次は丼物、カレーどっちにしようかな？
