日曜の夜に訪問。
ビルの6Fにあります。
エレベーターを出るとすぐに店内へ、、、
照明の雰囲気が良く、カップルや女子会で行ったらウケること間違い無いです。
私たちが頼んだ品を軽く紹介、、、
ホエイドリンク
ウェルカムドリンクとして提供されました。
チーズを精製する時に発生する水分らしく、とても美容と健康に良いそうです。
小さなカップも可愛らしいし、ストローも小さいのだけど2気筒になっていてユニークさを感じました。
取り寄せチーズの盛り合わせ。
その日に取り寄せた4種類のチーズをいただきました。
濃厚なハチミツとゴルゴンゾーラの組み合わせが最強に美味しかったです。
ブルーチーズはずっと口の中に匂いが残る感じ。
チーズってこんなに種類あるのね。と勉強になりました。
チーズを楽しむ生ハムフルーツ
もうこれが絶品すぎて、、、
マスカルポーネと白桃をハムで包んだ贅沢な一品。
新感覚デザートというか、もう最高でした本当に。
きのことモッツァレラのミルクアヒージョ
アヒージョって初めて食べたのですが、、、笑
何これめっちゃ美味しい。
良い感じにとろけたモッツァレラチーズがパンとの相性抜群。
ヘルシー温野菜とベーコンのグリル
グリルを席まで運んでくれた後、店員さんが目の前でトロトロチーズを流し込んでくれるまさに映えな一品。
ベーコンとチーズの相性は言うまでもありません。ただただ最高。
チーズリゾット
こちらも席でのサービスが、、、
直径40cmくらいあったかなぁ、チーズで作られた大きな鍋と言えばいいのか、、、の表面を火で軽く炙ったところにご飯を投入して目の前で調理してくれるという。
このチーズリゾットが今まで食べたリゾットの中で最上級に美味しかったです。
味だけでなく見た目でも楽しませてくれる一品でした。
チーズケーキ
チーズ専門店のチーズケーキはやはり普通のチーズケーキではなかった。
トムとジェリーで出てくるような丸い齧り後もオシャレだし、シメのデザートは目で、口で楽しむことができました。
まだ流行っているかどうか分かりませんが、写真映えインスタ映えすること間違いなし。
世界のさまざまなチーズを楽しめるのも良き。
味だけでなく視覚でも楽しめる。
美味しかったです。
