I went there after work! It was early, but there were already a few groups of young people there. You can tell it's a popular restaurant♪ There are counter seats, but the overall impression is open. When I saw the girls taking pictures here and there while looking at their smartphones, I felt out of place as a man lol I sat down and had a toast. First, we had the marinade. It was a dish with a light cheese topping, and I thought the fluffy cheese and marinade would go well together, but the flavor of the cheese matched just right. The saltiness of the marinade went well with alcohol. I think it would be delicious with white wine. Next was the millefeuille formaggi, a cheese pizza made with puff pastry. It contains four kinds of cheese, including mozzarella and blue cheese. My impression was that the crispy dough was light and easy to eat. The taste had a light blue cheese scent, but it wasn't too strong, so even people who don't like it would be fine. If you add honey, you can enjoy an exquisite marriage! Next, the gnocchi. The chewy texture and the rich, salty flavor of the cheese go really well with wine. I recommend eating it while it's warm, but I think it would also make a great snack if you pair it with a sweeter wine. The main dish was raclette cheese! The way it flowed generously over the bacon was amazing! The bacon was buried in the melted cheese, so you could enjoy the match. The saltiness of the bacon and the sweetness and richness of the cheese were the best. Finally, matcha Pancakes. The flavor of the matcha and the cheese sauce were light and fluffy, and it wasn't too heavy, so it was nice to be able to eat it in a refreshing way. You can pair wine and cheese together, so I thought it was a very convenient restaurant! Thank you for the meal!
