本番前の腹ごしらえにアジアなお食事でもと
こちらへ。都内中心に数店舗を構える、高級
ベトナム料理店です。ましてやこの店舗は銀座
だし、ホテルにくっついてるし高級感マシマシ。
まだまだ肌寒い日が続く中、目はブンチャーの
一択になってまい、オーダー。
配膳されたブンチャーに感動。美味しそうに
魅せる盛り付けが拍手モノですね。
ドーチュア(越なます)のカットが細かい。全体的に
お野菜多め、特にパクチー多めは嬉しいです。
揚げ春巻きもハノイ式で具ぱつぱつ。コスト面で
うーむ。でしたが、土地柄、お味を見てまぁ
相場でしょうな、といった印象でした。
