内幸町駅直結、日比谷国際ビルの地下2階に
広島出身の店主が焼き上げる美味しいお好み焼きやさんが
あると伺い行ってきました。
日ゞ小路といって、
様々な飲食店がひしめきあう
独特の飲み屋街が地下にあり、
活気あるエリア。
広島レモン生搾りサワー 450円
薬剤を使っていないので
広島レモンって皮まで安全なんですね。
カキのバターしょうゆ焼き（4粒）760円
バターの甘みと醤油の塩っからさの加減が最高！
まず蒸籠で蒸し上げてから、焼き上げていて、
手が込んだ一品。
色々きのこのバター醤油焼き 700円
”発酵レモン胡椒”が隠し味。お酒がすすみます。
小いわし揚げ 430円
瀬戸内名物のカタクチイワシをおつまみで
香ばしくて美味しい。

キムチ味一遍になっちゃうかと思ったらそうでもなく、
お餅も半分に寄せてもらったので
食べる箇所によって、イカ天がでてきたり
お餅がでてきたり、、、楽しめました。
一番ユニークな演出が、ネギを乗せた上に
更にマヨネーズを乗せてバナーで焼き上げ。
ネギがしんなりしておいしさが倍増しました。
目の前でやきあげるライブ感を
楽しめるのはいいですね。
広島にも一度行ってみたくなりました、、、、
また立ち寄りたいです。
