広島のお好み焼は『重ね焼き』が特徴的
クレープのような生地の上にもりもりキャベツ、もやし豚肉をのせた後しっかりと蒸し、脇で作った焼きそばと卵を合体させてミルフィーユのように焼き上げてくれます。
高温の鉄板で、野菜の旨味を引き出す絶妙な焼き加減、出てきた時のビジュアルにお好み焼き愛を感じたわ〜
