銀座でのお買い物帰り道に
ふらっと行ってきました。
今までお好み焼きを食べてきましたが
今回初の広島焼きデビューしました。
カープ色赤で埋め尽くされた店内
鉄板焼きの前のカウンター席前で
目の前で調理をしてくれるので
おいしさ倍増

本日の鉄板包み焼き サケ 720円
新鮮なサケとバターが優しい味に
サケはいつ食べても美味しい
もやしとネギのシャキッ感が良ぃ
■厚切りチーズベーコン 630円
炙った厚切りのベーコンは
チーズと相性ピッタリ❤️
■紫蘇の豚肉巻き 550円
豚肉の塩加減とポン酢で
お酒がすすむ、キャベツと一緒に
食べるとヘルシー
■広島レモン生搾りサワー450円
瀬戸内海の柑橘類は有名
薬剤を使わない広島レモンを使用
皮まで安心して食べられます。
完熟した新鮮なレモンを絞って作った
サワーをいただきました。
お昼にたくさん食べていたので
今回は少なめにしましたが
違う種類も試してみたくなりました。
スタッフさんの感じも良く
活気溢れるお店で
居心地が良かったです！
