日比谷図書館で用事の後、仲間と一杯やろうとコリドー街に向かう途中、ＪＲ高架下で「日比谷OKUROJI」の入り口を発見。
明治時代に作られたレンガ造りのＪＲ高架ですが、西側は道路に面していて見慣れているものの、東側は新幹線の高架に挟まれたデッドスペース。そこを新たに活用した2020年９月開業の複合商業施設です。
レンガの壁面はあえて洗浄されていない部分があり、昔からの汚れや水垢が残ったまま。綺麗に復元された東京駅丸の内駅舎と違い、ものすごくリアルな歴史を感じさせらます。
内幸町からみゆき通りまでの間に飲食店を中心に何十軒もの店舗が入っていますが、その中で皆の足が止まったのがコチラ「JSレネップhanare」。一見してわかるドイツ料理のお店。店内もドイツ一色でした。
瓶ビールは数えきれない程の種類がありましたが、選び切れないので人気№１とのビットブルガー・ピルス(大)。そしてジャーマンポテト・ハム・ソーセージ・アイスバインとドイツ料理を満喫。どれもよくあるビアホールの料理よりジューシーで旨い！
軽く一杯のつもりが、トゥーハー・ヴァイツェン(小)、ケストリッツァー(小)と続けて飲んでしまいました。美味しかったぁ～！
