火曜日11:33の訪問、待ち無しで入店、先客2名。ランチセット1,320円税込をあったかいそうめん＋ソーキご飯でコール。店内は黒を基調とした落ち着いたインテリア、総数36席、カウンターから6名用の半個室もあります。看板メニューはトリュフ香る黒釜玉そうめん3,025円税込のようです。さておきランチセットは5,6分で着膳、器も黒ですね。スープは結構甘め、素麺自体モッチリした歯ざわりです。出汁は好みだと思いますが、個人的にはちょっと苦手。ソーキはお肉も大きく、こちらも少し甘めのお味。他にあまり見かけない素麺専門店なので一見の価値ありですが、うどんやラーメンと違って絶妙に素麺！と言うタイミングが中々ないので難しいタイプのレストランです。お近くにおいでの際には是非って感じです。
