越田商店ものすごい鯖の炭焼き定食1500円
ものすごい鯖という看板に惹かれて注文。
結果、凄かった。
おおぶりで脂のたっぷり乗った鯖、炭火で焼いてるから脂もしつこくなく、皮もパリパリ。
骨もほとんどないから、パリパリ皮と一緒にふっくらの身が食べれて幸せ。
鯖だと水道橋のさばめしも美味しかったけど、甲乙っけがたい旨さ。
