2023年1月のとある休日の11時過ぎに訪ねた。
内幸町駅から徒歩3分ほどの場所にある韓国料理店「SOOKDAL 新橋店」。
広い店内には先客なし。
奥のテーブル席に1人で座る。
サムギョプサル推しの店らしい「SOOKDAL」。ランチメニューでは豊富な韓国料理を提供しているので、しばしメニューを眺めた後に「海鮮デンジャチゲ定食」¥1,250を注文してみた。
10分ほど待って料理が提供される。
ワタリガニが入った見た目にインパクトのある海鮮デンジャチゲにおかず3品、サラダ、ご飯の組み合わせ。
グツグツと煮立ったチゲには野菜がたっぷり入っている。味噌味のスープは程好いコクと塩気でご飯に合わせると良い塩梅。チゲにはワタリガニとムール貝といった海鮮のダシも出ている。
たっぷり入った玉ネギ、大根、ズッキーニの食べ応えもあるのでどこかヘルシーな印象。
おかずとして盛られた白菜キムチをチゲに浸してご飯と共に食べるのも良い。
サラダ、ナムル、うずらの卵もつまみながらチゲとご飯、キムチを味わう。
ムール貝は食べやすいが、ワタリガニは殻ごと入っているので食べ辛さがある。殻を割って身をチゲに投入してカニ身と味噌チゲを一緒に味わう。
新鮮な海鮮ではなく冷凍を使っているので味はそれなり。
それでもボリューム的には満足出来る「海鮮デンジャチゲ定食」。1,250円という値段設定はやや高いようには感じるが、新橋エリアで韓国料理が気軽に食べられるのはありがたい。
熟成サムギョプサル専門店と看板にあるので、何人かで来てサムギョプサルを食べるのが良い店なのだろう。
