友人達と忘年会ランチで伺いました。
年末ということもありお店は混み合ってなく、すんなり入れました。
ランチのAセットを注文
お肉は熟成豚肩ロースと熟成サムギョプサルをお願いしました。
お肉は外がカリカリ、中はジューシーな油の旨味が広がり、ニンニクごま油ソースを付けるとパンチが効いてとっても美味しかったです！！
煙もあまり広がらない様に対応されていたので、ニオイも殆ど付かず有り難かったです。
新大久保まで行くのは少し距離があるので、新橋で美味しく本格的な韓国料理がいただけるお店が見つけられて良かったです。他のお料理も食べてみたいので、また伺いたいと思います。
