A casual lunch in Shinbashi. After scrubbing my body yesterday, I had a sudden craving for Korean Cuisine...I was attracted by the restaurant's sign and decided to go for the pure tofu lunch, beef tendon pure tofu. The pot arrived, dangerously hot and bubbling. The egg was placed on the rice, being careful not to crack it. There was plenty of beef tendon, with a crunchy texture as an accent, and the spiciness was strong, making it perfect for eating with rice. The spiral order was pure tofu → rice → egg and rice → water. I ran out of pure tofu at the right time and was able to break the infinite loop. Satisfied!
