平日の午後に予め予約をしてイートイン利用で初訪問。
最寄り駅は銀座よりも新橋駅かな。
店内は、高い天井が開放感があり、ラグジュアリーな空間
カウンター席とテーブル席があります。
今回は、テーブル席。
私が入店した時に先客2名。
私と同様、お一人様利用のようでした。
テーブルセッティングや茶器がとっても素敵❣️
⚜️さくらんぼパフェ@1980円：佐藤錦がたっぷりトッピングされたパフェ今回私は通常サイズですが、ラージサイズ@3080円もあるようです。さくらんぼは一番上以外は、丁寧に種が抜かれていて食べやすいです生クリーム、バニラアイス、コーンフレーク、ヨーグルト。
銀座でパフェ、しかも佐藤錦を沢山使っていて、このお値段はお得なのかも知れないけど…クリームとアイスがあまり好みの味ではなく…加えてシリアルはやや残念感、否めず。
サイズがもう少し小さくても、せめてクリームは美味しい方が満足度が高かったのではないかな？！と思ってしまった
パフェの構成の詳しい説明がメニューにあったら、味わい深かったと思いました。
⚜️紅茶@770円：ティーポットがとにかく素敵！
“AROMA”と書かれたウェッティ「アロマプレミアム」が、とっても良い香りでした。
これはペパーミントだったけど、ちょっと調べてみたら…他にもシトラール、ラベンダーがあるようです。
気になったこと…バックヤードなのか？裏からスタッフの方の大きな声でのおしゃべりが結構気になりました。そして、会計が済んだら、退店の際にスタッフが誰も見当たりませんでした。
