オクノシブヤでかき氷食べた後のスイーツタイム
前日までの予約制って事で
数日前にテーブルチェックで予約ポチり
今回お邪魔したのゎ銀座にある
『GINZA SORA』さん
有楽町駅から地図をひらきテクテク
お店に到着すると見覚えのある景色がちょい先に
新橋駅からの方がカナリ近かった～
外壁のガラスが綺麗だな～って思わずみとれてたら
切子ガラスが施されていました(☆∀☆)
【ミューズデザインアワード2021プラチナアワード受賞】
とても素敵な外壁を眺めながら暖簾をくぐると
和モダンな雰囲気が広がります
天井まで伸びる壁にゎレーザーカットのパネルが
こういうところまで魅せる拘りに感激です
座席に案内されるとトレーがセットされていて
こちらにも素敵なデザインが

本当ゎチェリーパフェの予定だったんだけど
色々と大変な事があってキャンセルに
ようやく都内へ行けるってタイミング
しかーし！チェリーが終ってた｡･(つд`｡)･｡

メロンを半玉使用したパフェ
見た感じだと半玉ちょいってとこかな？
底の部分ゎカットされていて
メロンがぐらつかない様な気遣いが良いね
嫁ゎ気付かず掘り進めて貫通させてたけどさ
丸にくり貫かれた緑と赤肉メロンが3個ずつ
メレンゲ？にバニラアイスにパイが乗ってて
飾られたエディブルフラワーがキュートですね
使用しているメロンゎファーム長洲の『優香メロン』
ナント地元茨城のメロンじゃありませんか
こうして都内の名店で地元の食材が主役になってるって
なんだか嬉しいですね
この優香メロンゎ育てるのが難しく
市場にあまり出回らない『幻のメロン』
一口食べた瞬間に溢れる果汁の量がスゴッ
とってもジューシーで濃厚な甘味
食べる前から漂うこの香りが
食べるともうもうビックリ
芳醇な香りが広がり幸せ過ぎです
☆バルーンメロンスムージー(ノンアル)
まずゎメロンスムージーがセットされます
そこに何やらアイテム登場
銃口？をグラスの方に向けると
先端からシャボン玉の様に膨らんできます
グラスの上で虹色に輝きユラユラ揺れるバルーン♪
割ると煙が漂い心地よい香りが広がります
う～ん♪こういうの好きです♥️
メロンの旨味たっぷりのスムージー
ウマウマでした
