銀座のフレンチレストランで昼間パフェがいただけると聞いてやってきました。伺ったのはGINZA SORA（ギンザ ソラ）さんです。フレンチレストランということでラグジュアリーな空間で落ち着いた雰囲気でしたね。
今回はカウンター席に座っていただきました。ちなみに前日までの予約制になってるから予約が確実ですね。お店のページにあるリンクから事前予約して行かれて見てください。
◆ さくらんぼパフェ ¥1800
4/23から始まったさくらんぼパフェを注文しました。国産さくらんぼの佐藤錦を使った贅沢パフェなっています。パフェの構成はチェリーソルベ、チェリーソース、チェリーコンポートが入っています。
さらにバニラアイス、シャンティ、ヨーグルトなども使用されていましたね。さくらんぼの種も取ってあるから食べやすくて嬉しいですね。さくらんぼパフェは6月中旬までの期間限定スイーツで、シーズンごとにパフェは内容が変わるみたいですよ。
