12月13日にグランドオープンしたばかりの
GINZA SORAさんに行って来ました
今回頂いたのは特別スペシャルコース〜
メインには特選黒毛和牛もしくは松阪牛ヒレ、シャトーブリアンが選べる内容でした✨
日本各地から選び抜かれた食材を使用していて
初めにお箸から選ばせて頂く事が出来、
器も一つ一つが素晴らしい物ばかり✨
洗練されたお料理に目でも舌でも
楽しめました✨
今回頂いたメニューはこちら♀️
✅先附 黒毛和牛タン 白湯スープ
可愛らしいティーカップにトロトロの
黒毛和牛。白湯と豆乳で
味はしっかりそれでいて、さっぱりした
美味しさ。
✅先附 北海道産 白子 和風ぽん酢ジュレ
これは大変！ぷりぷりの白子はなんとも
みずみずしいし最後にほんのり甘みも♡
ジュレとの相性が最高
✅前菜【生肉使用】
和牛ユッケステキなお皿に盛り付けられ
美味しいユッケでした

この日はともさんかくの牛刺し
ともさんかくの生は初めて食べました！

上に乗っていてかなりクリーミーでした！
お茶碗かわいくて、本当ステキ

赤だし、なめこのお味噌汁
赤出汁が苦手な友人もこれはおいしいと
言っていたほど
付け合わせのキムチがまたよかったです✨✨
✅甘味 ミルクくず餅
最後のデザートまでとても器が可愛くて
楽しませて下さいました。
ミルクのくずもちに
温かいお茶も付いていました。
上品なお味でおいしかったです✨✨
お席がカウンターだった事もあり、
お料理は熱々で頂くことができました。
