前を通ると圧倒的な個性の外観が気になっていたこちら、数年前にmakuakeに登場
新橋駅から歩いて５分程の銀座８丁目にあります「GINZA SORA」
ミシュランの星を連続して獲得する京都の「レストラン よねむら」(現 新門前 米村)や
イタリアの三つ星リストランテ「ダ・ヴィットリオ」「エノテーカ ピンキオーリ」
2つ星「ガンベロ ロッソ」を経たシェフによる独創的な料理を少量多皿で提供との事。

個室に案内され、広い部屋を悠々と利用出来ました。
器を置く台が江戸切子の組細工みたいになってたり、それぞれの器にも拘りが有ったりします。
生肉を出せる許可を取っている数少ないお店との事で・・生の牛肉が沢山
多分一年の内で一番寒い今日・・普段はそんな事は無さそうですが個室まで運ぶまでに
料理が冷めてしまう品が何点か有りました。
肉の間に和食やイタリアンの趣向を凝らした料理を挟んで、肉だけじゃ無い楽しさが有り
それぞれのレベルも高いので、割烹に来た感じが有ります。
またちょっとした料理に金箔銀箔が掛かっていて銀座の真ん中らしさタップリ(^^;
新橋辺りで7、8千円位の居酒屋へ行くのとあんまり変わらない位で、ちょっと贅沢に飲めるこちら
コース終了後の時間には店内賑やかに成ってきて・・ほぼ満席でした。
