The restaurant is located a 5-minute walk from Shimbashi station. I made a reservation for a weekday before a national holiday, but the restaurant was full from 7:30 p.m. onward. It might be safer to make a reservation. Before the course started, we were allowed to choose our favorite chopsticks, and we were so excited to see all the beautiful chopsticks! It makes me feel good to eat with chopsticks of my choice! We ordered the most popular special course. Cow tongue Appetizer: White soup with Japanese black hair, hokki-gai clam and spring vegetables, Japanese jus, appetizer [using fresh meat] Wagyu beef Yukke, sashimi, beef sashimi, hot dish, braised wagyu beef tail, appetizer of the day Fried food Hot dish, steamed egg custard, fried dish, angel shrimp mayo, grilled dish, grilled special grade A5 black hair wagyu beef, hot dish, selected black hair wagyu beef sirloin, sukiyaki shabu, meal, Yamagata The restaurant is certified to handle raw meat, so you can enjoy raw meat with peace of mind. The meat sashimi and yukke (raw yukke) with high quality fat are served cold and melt in your mouth. The accompanying Hakyu broth is packed with flavor and is quite rich. It is too delicious. Tenshi no Ebi Mayo (angel shrimp mayo) is crispy and served with a dollop of mayo sauce. The texture is light and delicious. The gold dust on top is extravagant. The sukiyabu is served with egg yolk and rice cooked in a kettle of Yamagata Prefecture's Tsuyahime rice! I want another three bowls of this! The milk kuzumochi is a mix of sweet, chewy and crispy textures that will make you addicted to it! The faceted interior of the restaurant has a luxurious feel, making it a good choice for dinners and special occasions. Because of its proximity to Ginza, I got the impression that customers are often accompanied by club mamas and daughters. And it is unusual that all seats are smokable! Thank you for the meal!
