初訪問のこのお店。
ミューズデザインアワード2021/プラチナアワード受賞したGINZASORAの店内で肉割烹が食べれる。
まずびっくりするのが天井の高さ！
美術館のような感じのオシャレな店内にはカウンター、テーブルがあります。
新宿で4店舗展開中の焼肉かなう、鮨和食をはじめとしたお店がここを経営してます。
銀座でカジュアルな肉割烹。
銀座では珍しく生食用生肉認定店です。
今回はコースを注文。
見惚れてしまう器、机、全てが上品です。
コースが始まる前にトランクがパカっ、、、
なんと10種類くらいからお箸が選べます！
お箸が違うだけでテンション上がるのでこれは嬉しい。
お肉がメインのコースで、とても上品で美味しい。
野菜、海鮮もバランスよく入っていて嬉しい。
特に焼き野菜はお肉の後にちょうどよく旬のお野菜が使われてあり、とても美味しい。
お肉のプロが厳選したお肉は素晴らしいの一言。
和牛ユッケ、サシが入った牛刺しは是非とも食べてほしい一品。
〆まで楽しめて最高でした。
このお店は接客が素晴らしかったです。
気配り、距離感、料理の説明どれを取っても完璧でした。
