今日は銀座でお肉を食べてきました。
前から前を通るたびにデザインがものすごく良くて気になっていたお店です
外から日本伝統格子模様がライトアップされてます。
道から見て綺麗なビルだな思っていたら
お肉屋さんでした。
中に入ると天井も高く開放感があるお店で居心地がいいです
支配人もデザインについても色々な説明や2021年世界ミューズデザインアワード受賞店舗です
支配人、シェフどちらも人当たりよくものすごく良い方達でした。
カウンター席に座り
黒毛和牛パイタンスープ
から始まります。
続いて
ほつきかい、春菊、そら豆のジュレ
と緑のもので少し落ち着けます。
お酒もワインからウイスキーまで様々な種類があります。
ちょっとおつまみが欲しいなというタイミングで
なま肉ユッケです
味付けもそこまで濃くなく素材の味を生かしてます
その流れで牛刺しが出てきます
どのお食事もお酒が進むのでこの時点ですでに３杯目
ここでちゃんと油物も出てきます
炙りチーズコロッケがまた良いタイミングでいいタイミングです
続いて天使の羽と言われるカダイフ衣のエビマヨです
カダイフの揚げ物は食感も軽くて本当に大好きです
次にメインい黒毛和牛のイチボと肩三角の食べ比べです
これがメイン最後だと思っていたら
ご飯とお味噌にすき焼き風の黒毛和牛まで出てきて感激です
グループでお寿司屋さんもやっていることからお米までこだわり抜いた竈焚きご飯
これだけで美味しくいただけます。
最後にデザートで締めさせていただきました
銀座のオシャレなレストランで贅沢な時間を過ごさせていただきました
カウンター席も素敵なので
ワインを飲みにという使い方もできるのでおすすめですよ
