店の場所は、JR新橋駅日比谷口から出て外堀通りの新橋二丁目交差点を内幸町方面に渡り、そのまま真っ直ぐに進み50mほどの右手。
GWのなか、丸の内から散歩して、こちらでランチとしました。すでに約一万歩を歩いて身体もエネルギーチャージを求めています。
さて、こちらは、つい最近に数十メートル離れた本店に伺ったばかり。比較で伺いました。メニューは本店と全く同じ。焼肉のセットも豊富ですし、サンゲタン、石焼ビビンバ、チゲなどのセットもあります。
今回は比較なので、先般本店で食べた「スタミナセット」を注文しました。
ひとりオペレーションの女性スタッフが注文を取ったあと、厨房に下がって調理されます。
ほどなくしてトレーに載ったセットが運ばれました。
ボリューミーなモツ、鶏などの肉。ご飯、スープ、サラダ、もやしナムルなどがトレーいっぱいに載っています。
本店では一皿にゴッチャで盛り付けられていましたが、ごちらは肉の種類で分けて盛り付けられています。店員がガスに火を着け、疑似の炭が下からガスの火であぶられて網が熱くなったところで肉を網に載せていきます。
盛り合わせは、シマチョウ、ハツ、砂肝、鶏など。モツなのでじっくり目に火を通していただきます。
甘辛いタレはご飯にぴったり。焼肉を食べ進めるうちにピリ辛が舌に溜まってきます。ボリュームがあるので、ご飯のおかわりが欲しかった。店の外の看板にはサムゲタン、スンドゥブなどのランチセットにはご飯お代わりサービスとはなっているのですが、店内にはその表示はなく、まあ、いいかと。
今回も思いました。800円でこれがいただけるのは本当にありがたい。
本店よりも新しいだけ、入りやすいです。ランチとしては少し時間がかかるかもしれませんが、時間的に余裕がある時には寄りたい店です。
