週末の17時頃の訪問です。
この日は新橋で呑み！で、ぷらぷらしてると偶然焼き鳥屋さんの新店を発見！！
雰囲気も良さげだったので、さっそく入ってみました。
新店だからあたりまえですが、店内明るくとても綺麗！
なんか凄く落ち着きます。しかも若い女性2人で切り盛りされています！凄く愛想が良く親しみやすいです。
生ビールで乾杯です。
お通しにキノコと豆腐のトロみの付いたスープが付きます。
家庭的な凄く優しいお味です。
メニューは焼き鳥メインでサラダ、肴、ご飯物と
地鶏をウリにしている様です。
この日オーダーしたのは
･地鶏のお造り盛り合わせに京紅地鶏のタタキ

鶏の唐揚げもオーダーしました。
おかひじきと山わさびのサラダは
おかひじきの食感が最高でわさびの香りが美味！
斬新なサラダです。
地鶏のお造りは胸肉、砂肝、ハツでお見事な色艶！
各々の旨味が濃厚で食感も最高です。
京紅地鶏のタタキはもも肉で弾力があり、脂の部分は円やかな甘味があります。最高です。
やきとりは全て塩で！どれも脂がのっていて、塩加減と火の通り具合が絶妙でした！
つくねもボリューミーで食べ応えがあり、フワッと柔らかく最高です。
唐揚げもカラッと揚がっていてお肉はジューシー！！
味の染み具合も丁度良く、地鶏の贅沢な唐揚げです。
ホルモンオイル漬けを追加！
これ、ツマミには最高です！醤油がシミシミでキンカンとその周りの部位の食感が堪らない1品でした。
最初にポテトサラダを頼んだのですが、失敗したらしく、それを一口サイズに揚げたのをサービスでいただきました。
これがまたなんとも言えない優しいコロッケをいただいている様で美味しかったです。
結構いただいたので、それなりの料金でした。
やきとりが一本250円と強気な値段設定ですが、納得！！
お酒が高いかなー
とにかく頑張って欲しい新店の誕生です！！
