A retreat away from the Gacha Gacha zone in Shinbashi. It was just a short walk from Shiodome. It's a stylish restaurant, and the counter seats are low-level so you can see the food being grilled. Basically, all flavors are salt only. There was a wide variety of flavors. It wasn't on the table, so I had to ask the store staff for it. The staff member was also friendly and easy to talk to, and explained various things to me. It's a little expensive. I didn't feel rushed, so I was able to enjoy cooking and talking slowly. Thank you for the meal.
