This is the second restaurant I visited on a business trip to Shinbashi.I was walking towards the hotel and found this restaurant.I was looking forward to the Daisen chicken☺️When I asked for the sauce when ordering skewers, I was told, ``We only serve salt.''Wow! That's right, salt is the best way to enjoy and enjoy extremely fresh chicken! I was excited. Also, I found Reba Sashimi, which is rare these days, so I ordered it immediately. Pretty exciting. The restaurant is staffed by bright and cheerful female staff members and pleasant men. There is no hidden counter so you can watch the food being prepared right in front of you. It seems like they are careful about hygiene by wearing gloves, but they are putting salads on plates with their hands that have touched raw meat. Both the glass and the ice were touched with raw meat. . Hmm. . scared. When serving the liver sashimi, which I hadn't eaten in a long time, they said, ``It's raw, so get it quickly.'' I guess you're paying attention to that. The fat on the skewered Daisen chicken was delicious! The way it was cooked was just right ☺️ I wasn't able to eat much because it was my second time there, but the atmosphere was nice and the staff were very nice, so I would like to go again someday.
