ドランクドラゴンの塚地武雅さんがtwitterで散歩中の犬を見かけ「可愛い犬」と言ったら飼い主から「家族なので犬って言わないで」と言われたエピソードを披露してました。

その後のやりとりで「これからどこに行くのか？」を尋ねたら「この子の餌を買いに」と答えており「餌とは言うんですね」って落としていました。

会社の部署の通路側に取引先の方から頂いたお土産や出張のお土産が多数並べてあるのですが、他部署の人も含めて集まって来る様子を見ると餌場だなって思います。

個人的に撒き餌をして集まって来るイメージが強い動物と言ったら鳥ですね。と言う訳で本日のランチは #鳥料理 の名店 #葡萄屋 #銀座葡萄屋 です。

古くから #銀座インズ にあった店舗が閉店して悲しんでいたら、新橋でまさかの復活を聞き #ニュー新橋ビル の地下1階へやって来ました。

銀座時代はジャン丼ばかり頼んでいましたが、今日は #とりから揚げ定食 にしました。店内の椅子やテーブルといった調度品は銀座時代も見かけたものがちらほら。

少ししたらやって来ました。大きめの #から揚げ が印象的。まずは、そのままで頂いて見ます。外側についた衣のサクサク感と鶏肉のジューシーさの対比がいい。

付け合わせの小鉢も数々あっていい感じです。大根おろしのさっぱりした味わいに、彩りの良いサラダなどもどれも #からあげ が進むきっかけになります。

途中レモンを絞って食べてみたら、さっぱりと美味しい。この食感と味わいは他の店とは全く違いますね。次回はとりめしを食べたいなと思います。
