新橋にあるジャン。「ゼロイチで〜す」
新橋SL広場脇のビルの地下中央部に銀座インズ地下のお店を想起させるお店がありました。尾久杉やトチノキ、欅などの木材を多く使用した和情緒の店内は同じです。ランチメニュー1200円～1400円で新橋価格ではありませんので、この際、思い切って、ランチのコース3800円に。滞在可能時間は1時間30分で、メニューは無いまま、取り急ぎ「生ビール」（660円？）をお願い致しますと「ゼロイチで〜す」から２分で来ました中ジョッキ。お通しか前菜か分かりませんが、「そぼろ味噌と葱」。箸は無く、「葱で」とのことで、1300円で販売中のそぼろ味噌を葱で掬いますと葱の辛さが素敵。大内宿を思い出します。サラダと和え物の砂肝ポン酢が一緒に来まして、砂肝好きを再確認。食べ終わらない内に、揚げ物の唐揚げが来ますが、唐揚げの粉が上質に感じます。串が２本来ます。串のレバーは自分では頼みませんが、焼き加減がレアで好きです。熱燗を頼みますと、「越乃景虎」とのことでしたが、来たのは「菊正宗」のようです。３本目にササミ串が来て、順番が逆と感じますが、〆の要否も聞かれ、燗を頼んだばかりなので、滞在可能時間１時間30分までには間があり、ゆっくり飲みたいところですが、ベラベラ会食客が隣席したのが気になり、〆を頼みます。〆の丼は「ジャン丼」のミニみたいですが青菜ではなく、葱とそぼろ味噌でスターターと被ります。柔らかな鶏肉と熱々味噌汁は素敵です。香の物と水菓子も添えられており、急いで頂き、キャッシュレス決済し、滞在時間44分で滞在可能時間の半分でした。
なお、他のお客様は殆どジャン丼でした!

新橋、SL広場脇のビルに移転してからの再訪問。半入ですが「少々お待ち下さい」で、大半が実食に安心して待ちます。体感３分で「は〜い、お待たせ致しました」と大テーブル席に案内され、前回一番人気の「ジャン丼」1300円を頼みました。続いてお茶が来ますが、直ぐに相席スタート。相席客には「今、少しお時間頂いております。鶏めしならば早いです」、「これは？」、「15分頂いております」、「じゃ、何時もこれなので」とジャン丼が続き、就業規則が気になりながら待ちますこと店頭から20分で来ましたジャン丼。食後も会話継続の先客が多く、可能な限り急いで頂きました。青菜、そぼろ味噌、モモ肉のジャン丼は人気メニューと実感します。ひじき小鉢、香の物、味噌汁、フルーツが付きますが、味の記憶は無く時給サラリーマン向けではないとも感じ、QRコード決済して、総所要時間27分。許容範囲にはなりました。
