味、雰囲気、コスパどれも良いお店です。
特にこれくらいの価格帯だとそこそこ値は張るけど、
いまいち、、、という残念な経験が多くて、、、。
このお店は軽い接待、会食とか使い勝手が良い感じです！
メニューは全て
器や盛り付けなど見た目も拘っていてまず見て楽しめます！
個人的な意見ですが、
やはり料理は味だけではなくて見た目の美しさ、演出(体験)が満足度を左右すると思ってます。
後、お店の雰囲気とサービスですね！
今回いただいた8800円のコース内容
【前 菜】 月替わりの小鉢
【造 里】 三種盛り
【台の物】 石垣牛出汁しゃぶ一人鍋
（A4等級サーロイン使用）
【揚 物】 名物 蟹甲羅揚げ
【焼 物】 旬の魚料理
【食 事】 本日の御食事
【甘 味】 季節のフルーツゼリー
メインの出汁しゃぶは甘めのお出汁に潜らせていただくのですが、
よくある白髪ネギではなくてスライスした玉ねぎを合わせていただきます。
これがまた絶品。
そして、アクセントにミールで削りたての黒胡椒を。
めちゃくちゃ好みでした。
少し甘めのお出汁なのでちょっと多いかな？くらいかけるのがおすすめです。
そして、名物らしい甲羅揚げですが。
これまた巷のよくある風味だけのそれではなく、
蟹の味がゴロゴロ入っていてとっても贅沢です！
飲み放題メニューで日本酒が選べるのも
私的加点ポイント(笑)
食器や酒器に至るまでこだわりを感じるし、
ソースの別添え、小鍋提供で全員がしゃぶしゃぶを自分でする。という体験込みこコースが素敵だなと思いました！
(ご時世的にも小鍋で銘々なのは提供ありがたいですね。)
基本的にめちゃくちゃ満足度高いのですが、
お酒飲みからすると、〆かデザートどちらかでいいので
もう少し酒の肴が多いと嬉しかったりします。
とはいえ使い勝手は良いお店なので
また、使わせていただきたいと思います。
