Food [Tankuro Wagyu Beef] A fantastic Wagyu beef with just the right amount of marbling and the flavor of lean meat.
"Tankoku Wagyu" is produced in very small quantities and is also called the phantom Wagyu. Its characteristics are the rich flavor of the lean meat and the high-quality fat of Kuroge Wagyu beef. The president, who has been particular about the deliciousness of lean meat for many years, purchased a whole cow from a producer in Fukushima Prefecture as a Wagyu beef that would satisfy the Japanese people's belief in marbled meat. We carefully select only females that are over 30 months old, weigh around 500 kg, and are in good condition, and offer them at a more reasonable price than usual. If you don't feel hungry the next day, you'll keep coming back!

Our store is located on the 7th floor of a building near Shinbashi Station and Uchisaiwaicho Station. The inside of the restaurant is a high-quality space that stands out from your average Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. All seats are semi-private, and the single-board tables made from ginkgo tree logs create a calm atmosphere. It's a self-serve style where you gather around the shichirin with your family and friends, so it's very private. You can enjoy your meal and drinks leisurely without worrying about your surroundings. If you remove the partition, it can be used by a large number of people. Please feel free to contact us.

We use carefully selected Japanese tangyoku beef that has been carefully aged by master craftsmen and served at the most delicious timing. First, it is stored at around 0 degrees Celsius in the store's dedicated aging refrigerator. By maintaining the temperature range where beef freezes or does not freeze, amino acids are extracted to the maximum. The president himself, who knows everything about Yakiniku (Grilled meat), determines the degree of aging and brings it to the best condition. Please enjoy the luxurious taste of meat that is concentrated in flavor when grilled over charcoal.
