醤油中華そば
新橋、SL広場脇のビルの１階の入れ替りの早い区画にオープンしたおばんざい居酒屋さん。ランチ向きにラーメンがあり、店頭メニューで、「中華そば」830円か「醤油中華そば」830円か悩んでいる間に、間仕切カウンター席に冷茶が用意され、暖簾を潜れば、指定されます。結論は、醤油中華そば。大半は黙食のお客様ですが、一組は会話を続け、気になりながら待ちました９分で後客のオーダーと同時に来ましたトレイには、箸置き付の箸と小皿にレンゲ。幸先良いと、レンゲを手にして、胡椒バンバン。塩豚骨清湯スープは共通の喜多方ラーメン。煮干水出しスープを合わせるのが醤油中華そばで、太麺が素敵。チャーシュー５枚、シナチクも気に入り、スープは完食し、キャッシュレス決済します。滞在時間20分でした。大盛＋円に気付きませんでしたが、アリだと思います。

新橋、SL広場脇のビルの１階の入れ替りの早い区画に２年前にオープンしたおばんざい居酒屋さん。コロナ禍を乗り切ったようで、再度ランチのラーメンに参りますと、「お好きな席ど〜ぞ」でカウンター席に座り、「中華そば塩」880円（50円値上）を頼みますと「塩で」と冷茶を出して下さいますが、厨房への伝達は、後客２名分と纏めてになりロスタイム。大半は黙食のお客様ですが、後客は会話を続け、マスクをしたママ待ちました11分で後客のオーダーとほぼ同時に来ましたトレイには、前回は箸置き付の箸と小皿にレンゲが、どちらもトレイに直置きになり、グレードダウン。満卓になり、カウンターに会食客も詰め込まれ、箸は冷茶で洗い、レンゲは触りもせずに、胡椒バンバン。塩豚骨清湯スープは塩醤油共通の喜多方ラーメン。チャーシュー４枚（←５枚）、シナチクと麺はは相変わらず太いのが良いです。スープは９割頂き、キャッシュレス決済します。滞在時間19分でしたが、会食客が行列してました。
