1200円の１人薬膳火鍋ランチが豪華過ぎて驚く❗️ここはこれから通うランチになりそう(≧▽≦)食材のクオリティが高く、身体にも良いし、大満足間違いないコスパランチ(*’ω’ﾉﾉﾞ☆ﾊﾟﾁﾊﾟﾁ
コリドーの新橋寄りのビルの3階。
4月からランチ営業が始まってた。
道沿いにメニューの看板が出てました(笑)
１人で早い時間に突撃‼️
11時からランチ営業されてるの、嬉しいo(^o^)o
でも、まだ、あまり、知られてないみたいで、
始終、貸し切りでしたん(笑)
▫️火鍋 食べ比べ 定食 1200円
◆牛リブロース&豚ロース
火鍋 、お肉、 野菜盛り合わせ、
〆の 麺 ご飯 餃子を選択
デザート のセット。
1200円なのにめちゃめちゃ
豪華(≧▽≦)
お肉のクルクルが独特ね
〆には 麺の選択が多いそう。
確かに麺はスープも堪能できるし、
美味しかった
今回は 餃子にしてみたよ。
だって、こちらの餃子自家製だって聞いたので。
火鍋のスープは5種類から選ぶことが出来る❤️
微辛、中辛、激辛、 昆布、 トマト
今回私は中辛にしてみたよ。
リピートしたい気持ちになるのは、
このスープの種類があるからなのも理由。
タレは独特なものが2種類。
こちらも自家製。
酸味のある ごまだれ。
にんにく、ピーナッツ、ナンプラー、 タイの唐辛子、
胡麻油などの少し変わった
スッパ辛いタレと、2種類使います。
1人1 鍋で 提供され、野菜は
シャキシャキと、大変新鮮で
質の良いものだとみて分かる‼️
こちらのオーナーさんが素材には こだわり
絶対古いものは出さないで!という指示のもと
ランチでもかなり、気を遣った食材が
使われているそう。
野菜が大変美味しくいただけます。
お肉は リブロース、 ロース なのかなぁ(-ω- ?)
(笑) バラっぽい感じのお肉だとは思いますが
牛も豚もくるくると巻かれて
ビジュアルは可愛いー❤️(笑)
お鍋にも入れやすい
お野菜 お肉を食べていると 〆のものを
持ってきてくれるよ。
餃子は3つですごく美味しかった( ▽〃)
ただ餃子だとお腹いっぱいに
もしかしたら、ならないかもしれないので
麺がおすすめかな(’-’*)♪
デザートは今回ははゆずのシャーベットでした 。
デザートも色々変わるみたい。
この値段でこのような食材、 内容、
雰囲気ともに、大満足間違いなし‼️
本当にありがたいお店。
また 土曜日も通常のランチと同じ通りの
メニューで営業されており
使い勝手も良さそう。
まだ 穴場でお店も混んでないし.
ゆったりとランチがいただけます。

5種類から選べるスープは
初めてのトマトスープ。
グツグツ鍋には、生のトマトがプカプカ沢山、
相変わらずな新鮮野菜に、くるるんなお肉。
休日、雨の日で下には看板出てなくて
営業してないかと思ったけど、やってました(笑)
しかも、店長さんの他に女性スタッフが、
良かったぁ、ワンオペから脱出したのかな(笑)
トマトスープは、辛いのより薄目だけど
何だか、身体に良さそう。
沢山飲んじゃいました。
スープはトマト専用スープがあり
足してくれました。
相変わらずな、辛いつけだれ。
濃いゴマだれ、、、
今日はトマトスープだからか、両方同じくらい
美味しく、いただけました。
最後の〆麺も、
トマトスーププレーン、
辛いつけだれにスープ
ゴマだれにスープの
３種類を堪能。
めっちゃ、満足❤️
やっぱり、ここのランチ、凄いな。
めちゃくちゃハラパンになって、身体もポカポカで
帰社しました。
ごちそうさまでした。
