友人とコリドー街を歩いていて、看板に目が留まり、初めて訪店。女性同士、そして久々の再会ということもあり、張り切って2500円のカラダや美容に良さそうな火鍋、花膠鶏(ホアジャオジー)スープ定食をオーダー。今はワンドリンクサービスということで、ビールでもソフトドリンクでも無料でいただけました。
花膠・鳥団子・エビ団子・白身魚・牛のアキレス腱・野菜の盛り合わせ・デザートと超盛りだくさんで、驚きました。花膠とは深海魚の胃袋のことだそうです。なんと中国や台湾では、コラーゲンがフカヒレの倍あると言われていて、大人気なんだとか。ググってみたら、「豊富なコラーゲン、女性の健康と美肌に良く、更年期の方にはホルモン効果が体質改善を、又、老化に伴う骨密度の低下には強化改善の効果が抜群」ありました。これは私のような中年女性には、週一で食したいスープでは。
花膠は弾力があり、食感が良く、人生で初めて食べたけれど美味しい。ツミレは自家製で、野菜も新鮮な上に、おいしくて。お店の方に聞いたら、オーナーさんがいろんなことにこだわりを持っているので、全て良い食材を使っていらっしゃるそうです。自家製のタレは2種類出てきて、ゴマだれもピリ辛も美味しい。特にピリ辛だれ絶品の味。
締めの麺も美味しくて、またリピートすると思います。
1200円のランチも非常に気になっていて、具材もスープも好みのものが選べるとか。コスパ100点満点なランチで、大満足でした。
土曜日も同じ値段でランチ提供しているので、週末に
は値段がアップしているお店が多い中、なかなか良心的だと思いました。お会計の際に個室が目に入り、お店の方にお聞きしたら、グループ利用ができるそう。そのうち女子会ランチで使おうかな。
