創業1951年（銀座） |
有楽町駅前のビル地下にあった当店は、いいお店だなと思っていたのですが、初訪問してから間もなく閉店してしまいました。
コロナの影響だったみたいです。
銀座九丁目はたしかしゃれでつけた名前です。（銀座の住居表示は八丁目まで）
そのあと随分時間が経ったのですが、2022年5月26日新橋に復活したことを知ってずっと行きたかったのです。
9月20日(火)開店の17：30に初訪問しました。
細長いお店のカウンターに座ります。
奥にはテーブル席がいくつか。
お店のブログで知ったかぼすサワーとおでんを頼みます。
まず、大根、卵、タコ。
次に、牛筋。
お通しは鮪の煮物、おいしいです。
煮物もおでんも、濃い目の味です。
おでんは東京風が好きだなあ。
ご主人によれば、東京風と関西風の中間を目指したそうです。
京風おでんは東京でしか食べたことがありませんが、物足りませんでした。
未経験の大阪おでんも経験したい気持ちはあります。
牛筋は、わたしの経験では２通りのおでんがあると思います。
当店はいわゆる牛筋の形態を活かした正統派のもの。
新橋のお多幸の牛筋はゼラチン質のねっとりした味わいが楽しめるもの。
どちらも好きですね。
