創業1951年（銀座） |
新橋方面ランチ探訪。三寒四温で気温の変化が大きい
今日この頃。新橋５丁目方面 国道15号号線から1本
入った一通沿いにあります。
人気の広島焼のソニアさんが1階で2階がこちらです
が入口が反対側になります。
店名が面白くて、銀座9丁目？ 銀座は8丁目まで
なので 新橋の地でキラキラネームσ(^_^;)
カウンター席で10人ほどと奥に4人掛けテーブルが
数席あります。
おでん定食+肉じゃがセット1200円頂きました。
夜は おでん中心の和食バルみたいな感じ？
ランチは前払い制でした。
ランチは自慢のおでんを中心に、複数の小鉢料理
や焼き魚やお刺身と組み合わせたメニュー提案。
女子率高めですかね。
５分ほどで着膳です。
おでんが3種類と ホクホクじゃがいもとトロトロ
お肉のあまじょっぱい肉じゃがでご飯が進みます。
おでんは
京風の鰹出汁が前に出た薄口醤油のものではなく
素材の旨みをだした濃口関東煮です。
おでんが比較的すっきりした味付けなのと
肉じゃがのあまじょっぱいさが良き感じで
対比できます。
たまに 練り物のランチも良き感じ
ごちそうさまでした。
